Total 11 Rajya Sabha seats are there in Andhra Pradesh. Rajya Sabha is "Council of states" and it is also knows as the upper house of the Parliament of India. Andhra Pradesh have 11 members in Rajya Sabha and they are indirectly elected by the state legislators of Andhra Pradesh. I.e.
