Description

This scheme is implemented by the Government of India. It is centrally sponsored scheme. This scheme provides extension services to farmers on payment basis through setting up of economically viable self-employment ventures. Selected trainees are provided agripreneurship training for a period of two months in identified Nodal Training Institutes. Free hand-holding support is also provided for one year to trained agriculture graduates in obtaining bank finance, setting up their business in the area, etc.
