Description

The Mid Day Meal Programme was introduced in 1995 to provide a cooked noon meal to primary school children of all Government and Government aided Schools studying in Class 1st standard to 5th standard all over the State for 210 working days in a year. The scheme aims to increase the enrolment and reducing the number of school dropouts while also improving the nutritional status of the children.

Eligibility

All Primary school children of all Government and Government aided Schools studying in Class I to V all over the State are eligible for this scheme

All Primary school children,other, Other Beneficiaries-Students.
