State Government of five states: Tripura, Mizoram Sikkim, Nagaland, and Meghalaya.

Beneficiaries

Benefits

Financial aid of Rs.1371.4 crore (GoI andAsian Development Bank in a proportion of 30/70) to five states to be used for the described objectives: 90% grant, 10% loan in three phases.
