Restaurants are an integral part of tourist’s visit to a place and as such the services offered can make or mar both domestic and foreign tourists’experience/impression as they intend to enjoy the taste of authentic ethnic food, particularly the cuisine of different states of the country. With the aim of providing standardised world class services to tourists, the scheme for approval of restaurants has been introduced.
